About these terms

These terms cover your use of wwwebtech.in. Client work is governed by the written scope and quote we agree with you. Where the two differ, your signed scope takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. Please do not copy substantial parts of the writing and publish it as your own; a link back is all we ask. The Wwwebtech name and logo are ours.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking, or use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages. If you have found a genuine security issue, please tell us at contact@wwwebtech.in — we will thank you properly.

What is on this site is not a quote

Descriptions of our services are exactly that. Nothing here forms a contract or a binding price. A quote is binding only when it is in writing, addressed to you, and describes a specific scope.

How we work — the commitments behind every engagement

  • Written scope, fixed quote. You get both before you pay anything. If the scope changes, we quote the change and wait for your agreement before doing it.
  • You own everything. Domain, code, content, hosting, ad accounts and CRM data are registered in your name from the start and stay that way. We do not hold assets or logins as leverage.
  • A reply within one business day. On active projects and on support plans. This is the commitment we would most like to be judged on.
  • No guarantees of search rankings. Nobody controls Google's index. We commit to the work and to honest reporting, not to a position.

Payment and cancellation

Project payment schedules are set out in your quote — typically staged against milestones. Support and retainer plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement. On cancellation you keep everything: accounts, code, content and backups.

Third-party services

Projects often involve services we do not control — hosting, payment gateways, Google, Meta, WhatsApp. We will advise on choices and configure things properly, but we cannot be responsible for their outages, pricing changes or policy decisions.

Liability

We will do the work with reasonable skill and care, and fix our own mistakes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
